Blox Fruits Awakening Guide: Raids and Fragment Costs
Understand fruit-specific raid requirements and plan your fragments before starting an awakening.
Editorial review: 24 September 2026
Start with an eligible fruit
Awakening upgrades abilities for supported fruits through their associated raids. Not every fruit has an awakening, and a rework or transformation is not the same as a raid awakening.
Choose the fruit you actually use, check its current raid requirements, and arrange a team before spending on access. Dough and Phoenix have special raid access requirements; they are not interchangeable with a normal raid.
Costs are not identical
Buddha needs 14,500 fragments for a full awakening. Its listed ability costs are 500, 2,000, 3,000, 4,000 and 5,000 fragments. Dough and Phoenix each require 18,500 fragments for their full awakenings.
Raid access and awakening costs are separate. Do not assume that saving the full awakening total also covers every chip or prerequisite. Check the individual fruit reference before committing items.
Which should you prioritize?
For a player focused on repeated melee grinding, Buddha is an option to investigate first. For a player building around Dough or Phoenix, the extra cost and access requirements belong in the plan. This is a choice about your build, not a universal ranking.
Start with the ability you need most and reassess after using it. The earlier version of this guide incorrectly listed Gravity and Venom awakenings and used a single cost for every fruit; those claims have been removed.
